Carol Kurtz, M.A. is a registered Psychology Associate who works with pre-schoolers, children, adolescents, and adults. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Radford University and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Arlington, Virginia. Carol has been working as a Psychology Associate since 2001 and has many roles. She is highly experienced in administering all aspects of the neuropsychological battery and is also trained in personality assessment. Carol maintains a private tutoring practice and is a certified Phono-Graphix and Read Naturally tutor. Carol also conducts Private School Admissions Testing for families, including WPPSI-IV, WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WJ-IV, and WIAT-III. Carol Kurtz and Lisa Martin have been working together since 2001.  At Empower Assessments, they adopt a team approach to neuropsychological testing and work towards making the testing experience productive, informative, and rewarding.
